Our Ordering Procedures

Artwork & Design
To set up your design or company logo we will need your best artwork. In most cases, a business card is adequate for company logos. If you require lettering only, you may select your desired font from our range of options, there are many to choose from. Our operator prepares your design using recently updated technology in both computer hardware and software.

Sampling
On completing the design, we prepare a sample in the colours that you have selected. We prefer that each customer sights the sample and gives their approval prior to embroidering. Please do not authorise the embroidery if you are not satisfied with the design, modifications are possible to ensure complete satisfaction.

Embroidery
Following approval, your order is directed to an appropriate machine for the embroidery to be carried out. The quantity of the order or the number of colours in the design has an impact on which of our machines are used.

Quality Assurance & Despatch
On completion of the embroidery, your order is passed to our quality control staff where it is closely examined to ensure that our normal level of excellence in workmanship has been attained. The final link in the chain is to pass your order to our despatch department who will arrange prompt delivery to you or to place it on our completed goods shelves to await your collection.
